glad that I found this. We were looking for exactly this feature.
Our use case is the following: for low urgency issues, we don’t expect an immediate reaction, so a phone call would be too much. Since Slack is our main communication tool, it would be awesome if the person on call gets a notification from the PagerDuty Slack App for this low urgency issues. We gonna try out to have everyone in one channel, but it’s kind of annoying to have all the noise if not being on call.
Are there any updates when this feature is planned?
